Sustainable Livestock Management: Our livestock - including cattle, pigs, chickens, sheep, and milking cows - are raised with the utmost care and respect. We practice rotational grazing, ensuring animals contribute to the health of the land while benefiting from its richness. Their natural behaviors are encouraged, promoting wellbeing and sustainability.

Circular Systems and Waste Reduction: We believe in minimizing waste and maximizing resources. By using brewers' grain and salt marsh grass, we create a circular system where farm waste is repurposed, enriching the soil and feeding our livestock.
